A Chinese Qingbai Covered Box, Song/Yuan Dynasty. Diameter approximately 9.5 cm. There are few small chips on the rim. In good condition.

A slightly larger than average pumpkin form Yixing teapot, with nice used patina, probably made in China during the 18th or 19th Century. This item does not carry a maker's mark. Condition - very good - there are light (production) firing cracks to the body (see enlargements 5 and 8) and there is a chip and some small firing cracks to the inside of the cover; no other damages and no restoration...

A charming Kangxi mark and period soup dish / bowl in the late Ming "klapmuts" shape and layout, painted with warriors on horseback and flora against rockwork...

A quite large perfect potted jarlet, glazed with an nice bluegreen "Guan" glaze. The piece is very decorative because of the color of the Celadon glaze and the striking and unusual deep crackles in the glaze ( please look at the enlargements ) Song - Yuan Dynasty, Longquan ware. This realistically cast Meiji period bronze vase is 13 1/4 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter at its widest point. It depicts an eagle resting on an old tree. There is a stamped maker¡¯s mark on the bottom which reads ¡°Hidemitsu¡±. The owner purchased this piece from Sotheby¡¯s in the early seventy¡¯s. It is in excellent condition.

Ming Dynasty Chenghua period ( 1465 - 1487 ) Minyao ( peoplesware ) blue and white cup with a rare calligraphic design. Jingdezhen ware. Diameter : 6,3 cm. H : 4 cm. Condition : very slight rim fritting and chip to the base of the piece, no crack.

A very rare shape Yuan qingbai square dragon ewer, square shape with up raising spout and sragon handle, ewer decorated with molded flower motif and find shape of dragon handle, covered with good bluish white qingbai glaze.
Ewer is in good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration.

A finely decorated blue and white bowl, painted in Kangxi/Yongzheng style depicting numerous (mostly zodiac) animals in an imaginary dreamlike landscape. The four character mark on the base reads "precious object copying antiques" and this item was probably made during the reign of the Guangxu emperor (1875-1908). Condition - there is a restored rim chip (top left - enlargement 12) and two restored hairlines. There is also a glaze bubble and two small rim chips (enlargement 10)...

A rare northern Song dynasty Yaozhou bowl with duck motif, rounded side with conical shape and glazed base, bowl decorated with ducks and water flower motif, a very similar bowl illustrated in "Song dynasty ceramics" book by Rose Kerr, collection of Victoria and Albert museum.
Bowl is in very good condition no chip, no crack, no restoration.

An intriguing set of five small dishes kozara decorated in kakiwake sometsuke style with a design of three Chinese boys, karako, manoeuvring a large snow ball, set within a yukiwa snow flake shaped reserve framed by a band of plum blossom set against a dark blue ground. The design is a variant of the “One hundred boys playing” pattern popular on Chinese porcelain from at least the Yongle period...
