A rare INDO-PERSIAN Mughal Khanjar Dagger with a curved and finely damascended PAMOR blade. The scabbard/sheath and handle/blade are intricately and very finely inlaid with Gold and Silver detailing designs. The wonderfully shaped handle is exquisitely hand crafted as a 3-dimensional Lion's head. The dominant dense Pamor pattern of the blade resembles irregular annual rings of a tree trunk. Early to mid 19c light greyish/celadon jade medallion in circular form having a central Kylin surrounded by symbols. It is 17.71 inches (45 cm) in circumference by 9.84 inches (25 cm) long. The pedant is 2.24 inch (5.7 cm) in diameter and 0.163 inch (0.415 cm) thick. The ring is 0.7 inch (1.77 cm) in diameter and 0.24 inch (0.61 cm) thick. It is 63.68 gram.
