Elegant branch coral and sterling silver pin or brooch designed and signed circa 1930-40's by Taxco, Mexico designer Matilde Poulat. Poulat signed her work Matl, a variation of the Aztec word for water. Pin measures 1 1/2" X 1 1/2". Beautiful condition, signed on the back Matl 0.925 HECHO EN MEXICO. The second Erika Hult de Corral bracelet currently in my inventory (please look for item no 1189406 as well), this piece is absolutely fabulous. Quite substantial yet still comfortable to wear, its mod sterling links are studded with green, mossy agates. I LOVE this signed Los Castillo bracelet! It has to be a Margot design while married to Antonio Castillo. The design number is an early one being #228. The almost 2 inch clasp is the crowning touch to the 7mm beads of 3 strands. Fitting nicely with a bit of a drape to the hang it has a 7.75in. wearable length. There is some patina showing on the beads that may make it look as though the bead is cracked but it is not...

Miguel Martinez was the principal designer for Rancho Alegre. This taller was known for quality and this is no exception. This Spratling design necklace is deeply carved with a large repousse silver ball at the drop measuring 2.5in x 2 7/8th's in. Wearable length is 16.75in. long. This is a rare and early Antonio Pineda masterpiece of vintage Mexican Silver. The most prized moonstones in this design are gemstone quality and glow with blue tones. This sterling pin is a delight to wear for the Holidays! The bell makes a happy tinkling sound as the wearer moves.
