A modernist sterling silver brooch by noted NYC mid century jeweler, Sam Kramer, in a stylized 'V' shape with a central copper textured cabochon. Has a three dimensional design. Measures 2 5/8"long and 1 1/2" high. Marked with Sam Kramer's mushroom mark and sterling. Rollover safety clasp holds securely. Has some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish. There is a slight bend at one corner, not sure if it is original. Great MCM design.

A modernist pair of sterling silver earrings by noted mid century New York City jeweler, Sam Kramer.

Measure 1 1/4" long and 1" across.

Have two overlapping wavy pieces of sterling, top is concave and the bottom is convex for an interesting effect.

Marked Sterling and with the mushroom mark of the artist on the back of one dangle. Marked sterling on the back of the screw backs which hold securely.

Have some minor surface scratches and a little tarnish.

A great, early sterling silver cuff bracelet by Francisco Rebajes with a large silver wire wrapped glass orb. Marked Sterling, Original Hand Wrought Design, and Rebajes on the back. A great, early copper and silver metal cuff bracelet by Francisco Rebajes with a large layered stylized fish in the center.

Marked with the stylized Rebajes on the end. Measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 1/4". Could probably be adjusted slightly. Measures 2" wide. There are some spots, areas of tarnish and minor surface scratches to the finish.

Striking hard to find design.

A pair of Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with Tortoise Shell by William Spratling. The marks on these earrings date them to 1949-1956.

Measure 1" across. Marked on the back of one earring with the conjoined Script WS and 925.

Screw backs hold securely. Fine condition. Tortoise shell is a warm, honey brown color. Have some tarnish and minor scratches.

A rare necklace and matching earrings made of alternating Sterling Silver and Rosewood tubes by William Spratling from Taxco. The marks on this set date them to his Third Design Period: 1951 - 1967.

Necklace measures 17 1/4" long. Marked on the back of the box clasp with the script WS and Eagle #30. Earrings measure 1" long. Marked on the back of one earring with the Script WS and with the Eagle #30 on the back of the other.

An unusual pair of twisted Taxco, Mexico Sterling Silver earrings with bronze or copper ends by William Spratling. We have not been able to find another pair in this design. Measure 3/4" across and 5/8' high. Marked on the back of each screw back with Spratling Silver which was used from 1940-44. Screw backs hold securely. Measures 1 5/8" high and 1 3/8" wide.

Signed with an impressed mushroom and sterling on the back. Has a rollover clasp that holds securely. Heavy and substantial. Weighs 24 gr.

A rare early, large figural sterling silver pendant by Sam Kramer. Looks like an abstract man, maybe even a pirate. Measures 3 3/4" long and 2 3/4" wide. Signed with an impressed mushroom on the front of his leg. Heavy and substantial. Fine example of his work.

These screw back earrings measure 1" long and 3/4" wide. Both are signed with the 'Art Smith' script signature.

In fine condition with very minor surface scratches and areas of tarnish. Screw backs hold securely. Very comfortable to wear. They are opposites so frame the face when worn.

An important, rare modernist bracelet by the renowned African American jeweler, Art Smith. Made of woven, riveted and patinated copper.

Measures 5 3/4" around with an opening of 1 1/4" and 1 3/4" wide. Marked with the 'Art Smith' script signature in at least two places. Looks like there is also a third partial strike. Very good condition with some minor surface scratches and areas of tarnish.

A wonderful example of Mid Century Modernist design.

A mid century modernist pendant by the American studio jeweler, Paul Miller. This piece depicts a large bird constructed of layers of polished sterling with a curved wire overlay. One end becomes the bale.

The pendant measures 3 1/4" long including the bale and 2" at the widest. Marked Sterling and Paul Miller on the back. Has a little tarnish and a few minor surface scratches.

Currently strung on a silky black cord but could be worn on a chain or neck ring. Striking design.

A modernist pendant by the noted NYC jeweler, Paul Lobel. This pendant, made of sterling silver with a wire overlay reminds us of a stylized longhorn. Signed on the back, LOBEL, Sterling.

Measures 1" across and 1 1/4" high including the bale. Chain measures 16" and has a spring closure that holds securely. Has some tarnish and a nick to the silver wire, (which can be buffed out if desired).

Classic LOBEL design.
