This porcelain bell was produced in Germany by Meissen in the 1890s. It has the authentic underglaze crossed swords marking. The bell measures 4 1/4 inches high and has a diameter of 2 3/4 inches. It is hand painted with the Tischenmuster (table pattern) design. The design is an Asian inspiration. The decoration is very colorful and has abundant gilded accents. The bell retains its original wooden clapper and this bell rings with a lovely tone.

A pair of dry drug jars decorated with blue leaves top and bottom and the drug name in the middle, all over a light grayish blue glaze. This form is typical of the 18th century Italian drug jars. The hand throwing on a wheel is evident on the glazed interior of both jars. 7 ¼ inches tall and 4 ¾ inches diameter, (18.5 cm tall, 12 cm diameter).
Condition; Both have chips on the base and roughness from throwing on the mouth. Both have later marking on the base with a magic marker.

Cream cup, a pot de creme with molded borders and cherry knob, soft paste / pâte tendre, creamy white, made c 1780 in Tournai, then France and now Belgium. Decoration of under-glaze blue flowers in the Ronda pattern. Ronda was the most popular of the Tournai patterns, produced all through the 19th century till 1891 when the manufactory was closed down.
