A fine example of mid-Victorian Naturalism. This is a silver plated egg stand in the form of tree branches, with the English registry mark for 1871. This set consists of the four silver plated 2-3/8" high eggcups and the cast metal 5-1/2" tall handled base with branches and leaves. The base measures 4-1/2" across, it has branch supports for four spoons (not present), and it has the registry mark on the bottom...

French Aesthetic Movement sterling silver bookmark featuring a bright cut design. They can be monogrammed and can also be used as a letter opener. In excellent condition, they measure 4.5" long. Sold separately at $95 each plus shipping.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory or KPM in 1918. The saucer has a diameter of 4 5/8 inches and the cup is 2 inches high, not counting the handle. The shape of the cup is classic, with a handle that sweeps up over the rim. The set is decorated with ornate gilding. There is a wreath of gold on the front of the cup containing hand painted roses...

Edwardian Classical sterling silver sugar caster. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York, ca 1909. Upward tapering bowl with reeding; stepped and spread foot. Cover domed with vasiform finial; top has ornamental piercing. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 17583 (first produced in 1909), and director’s letter m. Very good condition.

An Impressively Grand English Victorian Brass Inkstand or Standish with Double Inkwells. It is 21.25" wide x 9" deep x 7" high and weighs 3 pounds 8 ounces. It dates from the latter part of the 19th century and is in excellent condition, except for a repair one of the legs (only visible from the bottom, see picture).

With the purchase of the lease on the Nymphenburg factory by Albert Baumi in 1887 the factory started to re-produce figures that had been originally made in the 18th century. This figure of a Turk, originally modeled by Bustelli, is one of those. Like many of the 18th century figures this one is not decorated with colors. 4 ¾ inches (12 cm) tall and 5 ¼ inches (13.5 cm) across the base...

A Set of Ten Fiddle Handle Coin silver Spoons from Baltimore, c. 1815-1825. Each 6" in length and a total weight of 9.6 Troy ounces. Excellent condition.

Unusual 15K gold memorial ring depicting an urn in hair paint, surrounded by alternating rose diamonds and amethysts. The enameled band reads "John Jenkins died 20 Feb 1780". The back of the ring is engraved "In loving one sincerely there is great merit".

A beautiful, signed, ribbed, amethyst glass vase made by Victor Durand during the early part of the twentieth century. The vase is 7 7/8 inches tall and 7 3/4 inches wide. It is in fine condition. Polished pontil. Signed on the vase's bottom.

Victorian Modern sterling silver box. Made by Joseph Braham in London in 1895. Rectangular with straight and plain sides. Cover hinged and tabbed; top gently curved engine turning bordered by same. Box interior cedar lined. Cover interior gilt-washed. Underside leather lined. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Greek Revival sterling silver footed bowl. Made by Grosjean & Woodward for Tiffany & Co. at 550 Broadway in New York. Bowl wide and shallow with flat fretwork rim. Ornament applied to exterior: Medallions inset with male youth heads surrounded by leaf-and-berry branches. Bowl underside center has petal lobing to which are mounted two side handles with stylized leaf-caps on split volute scroll terminals...

An oval English porcelain sugar bowl with the lid and body decorated with blue and magenta bell flowers growing out of gilt plants. The flowers circle both the lid and the body, which has molded ring handles (not working) at the end of the long sides. The knop on the lid is elaborately gilt. Unmarked, but certainly English and from the first quarter of the 19th century. 6 inches tall by 6 inches long by 5 inches wide.

Condition: no chips, cracks, hairlines or repairs...

Chintz plate; Royal Coronaware, "Rosetta" pattern, by S. Hancock & Sons, England, with plate hangar. Dimension 8" diameter, late 19th century.

An absolutely delightful bronze calling card tray, the center designed with a small frog atop a traditional baroque-style wave. The top edge of the dish has a wonderful scene of four frogs riding big-wheel bicycles along a road. They have quite good balance, as all have their arms crossed. The lead frog is even smoking a pipe. Road markers reading “2Km” and “3Km” mark their progress...

This porcelain trembleuse chocolate cup and saucer was produced in Bohemia by Carl Knoll in the 1880s. The saucer is 5 ¼” in diameter. The cup with lid is 5 ½ “ high and 5” across the handles. The set is hand painted with Watteau scenes on the lid, the cup and the saucer. The hand gilding of fish scale design, was a laborious process. There are additional accents of rich gilding and trim. The finial on the lid is a flame and the handles are Meissen style split branch handles...

A Compete Set of Five Pair of Diamond Brass Candlesticks. The Original Three Pairs (Ace of Diamonds, King of Diamonds and Queen of Diamonds) were Designed to Commemorate Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee (1837-1897). The Remaining Two Pairs (Prince of Diamonds and Princess of Diamonds) came out in 1901, after Victoria's Death. There are several ding and scratches on the individual pieces, but overall in very good condition. The full set is a rare occurrence.
