From our European Collection, a very fine Napoleon III gilt bronze mounted lacquer side cabinet, late 19th century. Elegantly constructed with black lacquered wood, gilded bronze adornments along the top, side, and bottom friezes, and a wonderful central bronze plaque of frolicking cherubs, all surmounted by a veined off-white marble top that appears to be original. Lovely walnut marble top Victorian table, circa 1880, measuring 29" tall x 35" wide x 25" deep. Having a white marble top, this table is in excellent original condition.

This very unusual table measures 52" square when closed, and has four leaves, each measuring 11 1/2" wide, bringing the table to 98" long when full extended. There is a center leg for support. The base has huge paws with decoration on the pedestal. It is in perfect condition.

An excellent example of French gilt, bronze doré work. This beautiful footed trinket box dates to around 1890-1910. The lid has a glass center and is surrounded by deep rose silk material and exquisite ormolu decoration. Inside is lined in a matching stripped floral silk. The sheer amount of work in this little box is testament to the quality of the piece. In very good antique condition, it measures 5.75 inches x 4.75" x 1.75" high.

#699 Antique Scottish Penwork Tea Chest in Maple with all over decoration of leaves and acorns and a central paterae on the stepped lid of a mother with two children. DESCRIPTION: A charming pair of French Provincial armchairs, each crafted from solid, carved cherry wood and each having rush seats with red accent stripes, early 20th C. Carved turned arms attach to an arched ladderback over the red striped seats on turned tapered legs with toupie feet, joined by stretchers. Very good condition. DIMENSIONS: 34.25” high x 21.25” wide x 20.25” deep.

An antique Japanese Choba Tansu (merchant chest) made entirely of Kiri (Paulownia) wood. All original hand forged iron hardware including the Warabite handles and full moon lock plates. With eight exterior drawers, a pair of sliding doors with split level shelf behind and a hinged security door that hides two additional drawers.

Typically used by a store front merchant who showed pride of ownership by showcasing this Tansu in a prominent area of the store for all customers to see.

Pair New York Brass Wall Sconces, 16" high, 9" wide, 7" deep from wall to front, stamped "Sterling Bronze" "New York", early 1900's, consisting two(2) Federal style Candle arms with Urn top in the center, original Brass Bobesches with tall thin sleeves, newly wired and ready to connect to the wall outlets. The condition is good.

Vietnamese Figures cover the large urn, it has been turned into a beautiful stunning lamp from the 20th Century that was done probably 1950s measuring 36 inches. Repair done to neck of the urn.

The graphic impact of this blanket box with paint decoration is absolutely stunning. It is swirl decorated in black over a yellowish-putty color, and virtually all the paint is intact.
