Unique Antique Indian bed from the Bastar area. Beautifully rustic solid teak wood. Carved details along the sides and head. Supported by large rounded teak posts. Very well hand-crafted, robust and strong original bastar bed. Late 19th century.

Hand painted picchavi cloth showing Krishna as Shrinathji being worshipped in his shrine at Nathdawara during annakuta the mountain of food ceremony. 150x100cm. Backed onto red cotton with hanging loops. Reasonable condition for age and use, small splits at base.

Indian black schist carving of dancing Ganesha, the elephant headed god (the Remover of Obstacles) stands with his own broken tusk in one hand, and ax in the other, trunk is sampling sweets in upper left hand, just below his lower right hand is his mouse vehicle, white and vermilion traces, beautiful modeling of body, from Uttar Pradesh, 15th century. Size: 7 3/4" high x 4 1/2" wide

Very rare and early piece, nicely cast, finely engraved and with a good patina. The Krishna figure has two silver bracelets on each arm. H. 24 cm. Condition: left index finger restored. A heavy densely carved hardwood Anglo Indian stand. This item was made in South West India, in either Karnataka or Maharashtra,probably during the late 19th or early 20th Century. Condition - good - no damages. 47.5cm (18.75inches) high; 43cm (17inches) wide.

19th Century Indian Processional Panel from Tamil Nadu in Southern India, 15.5 inches (39.5 cm) tall

An extremely rare set of bronze figures depicting Krishna and his wife Radha. Very well proportioned and extremely finely engraved. Made in Orissa, India in the 17th or 18th century. Krishna is 22 cm high, Radha is 16,5 cm high. A complete set of Krishna and Radha is very hard to find. This set came from a Belgian private collection. Original Indo/Persian painting with marbled card border. Identified as NADIR SHAH AFSHAH (1688-1748). Undated, estimated to be mid 19th century or earlier. 35 x 25 cm overall, in new double thick card mount. Good condition, some scuffing to corners of marble border.
