This classic, attractive 14Kt yellow gold, diamond and black cultured pearl ring is centered by a 7.5 millimeter high luster culture black pearl. Formed as a pair of stylized swans on water, this sterling pin has both an abstract and arts and crafts feel. There is little information on the jeweler Nino Bisso (1906-1988), but his work exhibits extraordinary skill and creativity. Internet sources peg his company’s production from the 1920s through the 1940s. The back of this pin bears two applied plaques with Bisso’s marks. The pin measures 2 ¼ inches long by 1 ¼ inches high.
