A blue and white tea caddy was from Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty by characteristic picturesque.
A custom-made wooden cap was made to suite this decent jarlet.

Description:
A Zitan wood brushpot was nicely carved to imitate the original wood trunk.
Carved from one block of Zitan wood, the brushpot was very heavy and was meticulously rendered on the surface with the natural tree bark.
An inscription of Jing-Wei was found at the lower portion of the brushpot.
It was probably from the carver’s name.

Date:Late Qing periods, late 19th century.

This is a small and beautiful Jin Dynasty (AD 1115 - 1234) Junyao vase. It stands on a short foot rim with a recessed base. It is beautifully glaze of dark greyish lavender blue and of nice ageing gloss. It is more beautiful than the actual picture. The thick glazing flow just stop short before the foot rim.

It is in good condition. No chip, crack, repair or restoration. The vase has not been cleaned. You can see speckles of the soil adhesion to it...
