This is an attractive early satsuma Koro or incense burner with very fine workmanship. I believe it may be pre-1900 because it appears to have been made with thicker mercury fired gold. Lid and bottom piece are both marked with a museum inventory number. The lid has been repaired and it looks quite good. The images show where it was broken. It stands about 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches wide. It is signed but I do not recognize the signature.

"Acorn" pattern sterling silver cake slice server by Carl Poul Petersen, Canada. Circa 1947. Size: 9 7/8 inches length. Excellent condition with hammered blade and figural peapod handle. Stamped on reverse of handle HAND MADE STERLING, together with Petersen's logo.

This necklace is comprised of 31 stone pre-columbian beads, in varying shapes, sizes and colors. The necklace measures 19 1/2" long. Between 15 and 20 beads have a green color, the others are faded into cream and beige, a few are brown or black. Striking pair of large vases by Gouda Pottery of Holland.
They each measure 12" high and roughly 7" wide.
Each marked on bottom, with both impressed and inscribed marks.
Impressed numbers include 2144 and P 503, and in addition to the Gouda Holland marks written, the number 2144 is at the top, with KL 503 and what are likely the artist's initials in a rectangular cartouche JVS.
The design is not written on either, and it seems to represent a floral element withing a rather geometric format...

Very fine Hupa or Yurok basketry cap, in rows and bands of varied colors, tightly woven, in very good condition, early 20th century.
Measures 7 3/4" x 7", the opening is roughly 6 7/8" 5 5/8". Note that the cap is slightly oblong, and the measurements are how it sits, could measure otherwise if opening stretched a bit.

A finely cast and rare caneware terrine or covered game dish, mid 19th century, England or possibly French or German.
Measures 6 3/4" high and is 7 1/4" in diameter.
Signed on lid, looks like C S, possibly another letter and the number 9. No marks on base, but there are some pockmarks visible, so any marks in those areas would be missing.
The base has a basketweave design, very much like the works of Joshua Wedgwood, who created the first of these wares in the late 18th century.

Large and heavy carved soapstone eagle, with original label, numbers, and initials.
Is 8 1/2" high, 7 1/2" wide, and 4 1/4" deep and weighs just a bit under 10 pounds.
Very stylized form, with hooked beak, incised eyes and long sharp talons, he sits on a rock or stump. Very slight details for wings.
In black soapstone, with some slightly lighter areas and striations visible, the sculpture has a very lovely almost waxy patina.

This is an old Los Ballesteros bracelet that is made heavy and thick. The condition is like new with no dents or problems of any kind. The wearable diameter is 2.25in. The piece is domed and measures 1 3/8th's inches wide tapering to .75in. in the back. It weighs a luxurious 99 grams heavy. This bracelet was very difficult to photograph because of the reflective shine of the silver.

Elegant hand wrought 940 sterling silver pin designed & signed c. 1950's by Taxco, Mexico artist Hector Aguilar (1905-86). Pin measures 2" X 2". Beautiful condition and patina. Pin back and safety in fine working order. Fully hallmarked on the reverse. Aguilar designs are included in the permanent 20th century Mexican silver collection at Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
An 8 millimeter square, approximately 3.0Ct cushion cut amethyst is set in the center of this 14Kt white gold ring. The center stone is encircled by 16 diamonds, and the shank is further decorated by 4 diamonds on either side. The approximate total weight of all diamonds is 0.20Ct. The ring is a size 5 ½ and can easily be sized. Originally this ring was priced at $495.00 and we reduced the price to $425.00
This bold sterling silver belt buckle was designed and signed in the 1940's by Taxco, Mexico designer William Spratling. Weighing a hefty 35 grams the buckle measures 1 7/8" X 1 3/4" & will take a 1 1/4" wide strap. Beautiful condition and patina. No dents or dings. Fully hallmarked WS TAXCO 980 on the reverse. This design is pictured on p.35 of MEXICAN SILVER by Penny Morrill & Carole Berk, p. 172 of MEXICAN JEWELRY by Pack & Davis & on p. 108 of SPRATLING SILVER by Cederwall & Riney.
A pair of stylish 1960-s 18Kt white gold and 7 millimeter cultured pearl earrings with lever backs. The front of the earrings is flower shaped with ray-like design. The high luster pearls are well matched and have light cream color.
A very personable little critter is this 14kt yellow gold mouse pin with two faceted ruby eyes. The length of the pin is 1 ¾” including the flexible tail.
