Ruser, the foremost Beverly Hills jeweler of his time, was a favorite of Loretta Young and Joan Crawford. His famous line of poodle jewels were inspired by Crawford's poodles. This opulent yellow gold award comprises the brooch pin and hanging award shield on a navy blue grosgrain ribbon.
