A small very nicely painted contemporary work in watercolor and gouache, the subject water's edge with tidal rocks and sand. Measuring 10 1/2" by 12 3/4" framed and nicely matted, the work is signed at lower left corner by artist "Greenaway". The framing sticker on the reverse from San Luis Obispo suggests the possibility that the scene is somewhere on the central California coast.

Impressionistic oil on board painting of an early 20th century American house, probably in the Midwest as this was framed in Missouri, 11 1/2" by 15 1/2" (14" by 18" framed). The scene is one of tranquility and prosperity. The house would have probably dated to about 1920, but the painting is contemporary. The signature appears as possibly "Ursula Lee". This is ready for the wall.

The work, 13 3/4" by 10" on heavy watercolor paper (24 3/4" by 20 1/2" framed) is unsigned. It dates to the late 20th century and was likely created by a talented amateur artist, perhaps for the tourist trade. The designs on the pottery suggests this is possibly Zia Pueblo.

Her earliest known painting is a 12’x20’ mural inside of a local church that was made circa the late 40's and early 50’s and she continued to paint into the early 2000's. Ideal addition to kitchen or pantry area, a well-painted little still life of green and yellow zucchini squash, and an onion, 7 1/2" by 11 1/4" inside the linen mat, 11" by 15" framed, signed on the back of the canvas "Duffy '95". The framer's label is from Chicago so our artist may have been from Illinois. This is a decorative work and the skill of the artist is obvious. There is light wear to the frame. I had to open up the backing to find the signature and date.
