Circa post-1980, this Matl necklace was produced by Ricardo Salas. Ricardo Salas worked with his aunt, Matilde Poulat. After her death in 1960 he continued producing her designs, as well as his own.

Measuring a closed, wearable length of 19 1/2", this looks spectacular on the neck. There are ten panels with amethysts and turquoise cabochons, each measuring 1" tall. The side panels each have turquoise cabs.

This tailored; 18Kt white gold art deco design ring is centered by a 7 X 5 millimeter oval natural blue sapphire that weighs 1.35Ct. The center stone is surrounded by 18 brilliant cut diamonds.
