This antique cast iron horse drawn fire truck consists of a horse drawing a water pumper driven by a fireman molded into his seat. The toy c. 1900 - 10 and attributed to Shimer, Son & Company, a small Pennsylvania toy firm which was active from the 1890s to perhaps as late as 1920.
