Vintage lithographed tin Halloween pan noisemaker, decorated in green, black, white and orange. The decorations include a witch, a ghost and a skeleton around a cauldron. The edges are decorated with jack o'lanterns, owls, bats and black cats. Marked "US Metal Toy Mfg. Co. Made In U.S.A." Very nice condition, some scratching where metal clappers hit against pan, very light rust on the unpainted clappers. Circa 1940s. 7-7/8" long.

Nice Plastic Native Black Boy, Black Americana Keyring

During the heyday of British Airway's service on the Concorde, VIP passengers were treated to an ever-changing variety of gifts--lugggage tags, silver decanter labels, airplane models, etc. This "Mini World Atlas" is such an example. The small book is bound in gray leather, and the front cover is embossed in silver with the Concorde logo. The pages are also gilt in silver. The book's spine is uncracked and it has never been used.

These impressive heavily potted large vases are of a baluster form with everted rims, and are finely painted in a rich and vivid polychrome enamel with panels with figural scenes depicting Ming Dynasty court life, along with a floral motif with birds. The motif around the shoulder is of the “Eight Precious Symbols”, and above is a row of tobacco leaves.
