A beautiful silver compact with the exterior sides inlaid with natural organic material. Opening this gem reveals a mirror and a heavily filigreed lid to the interior compartment which contains powder and a puff. Superbly crafted and with no damage or restoration, the compact measures 3 1/4" by 2 7/8", and is 1/2" thick.

Signed Venini “Cinesi” vase in opaque Sapphire Blue glass. This blown glass vase measures 10 ½ inches (27.3 cm) Tall and is approximately 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter, and the mouth of the vase is 5 inches (12.7 cm) in diameter. The vase does sport 3 darker rings of deeper Sapphire which adds to the interest of the vase. Framed under glass, a rare political poster from the 1954 NY State Republican Centennial featuring Thomas E. Dewey, Dwight Eisenhower and Richard Nixon.
