A copy of the hard cover edition of famed American photographer Annie Leibovitz's book "A Photographer's Life" (2006), with dust jacket. Book is in excellent clean condition, dust jacket shows some wear as shown. The heavy book (14" by 10 1/2" by 2") covers the period from 1990 through 2005. There are photos in black and white and color, some landscapes, but many or most are of what the photographer is known for: her portraits of people, many of them, celebrities of the era...

Condition; very good, though the corners are bruised.

I would guess it dates from the 1930’s.

An albumen photograph of Cairo titled on the mat, “CAIRO, FORM THE CITADEL,WITH THE MOSQUE OF SULTAN HASSAN.” Also in smaller type the number648. An excellent print with good tones. 5 7/8 by 8 1/8 inches (15 by20.5cm). The white light cardboard stock is shaded slightly darker for about one inch around the photo. Overall size is 12 inches by 15 inches (30.5 by 38 cm).

Condition; The photo is in excellent condition with minor surface scratches...

Moroccan stromatolite fossil well preserved in a nice red sandstone believed to be from from Kem Kem beds and date from the cretaceous period .These microbial fossils are one of Earth's earliest records of life. The earliest known stromatolite fossils are between 3.5 - 2.75 billion years old in the Precambrian period. The company was formed 1963 by Ching-Shui Lu, Chairman of the Taiwan Pescadores Fisherman's Association. Jade, pearls, coral and other various gemstones, cloisonne items and watches are pictured along with costume jewelry. The book is in good condition, just the board edges show wear; however, the dust jacket has some small tears. Original price $88 (USD). 119 pgs.

An antique book published in 1898 by Velhagen & Klasing, Verlag. The tan linen boards feature embossed black and gold gilding. There is a tiny tear on the title page and the end papers are missing. Possibly an eighth edition, the text is in German.
