German Porcelain cobalt blue deep regular size of Saucer, possibly Rothenthal, 1950's, 5 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high, gold rim finish on top and bottom and also around the well area where cup is resting. Marked "S99" in underglaze blue on the bottom. The condition is good.
This carved ivory okimono of Daikoku is a mid 20th century product. It depicts a smiling Daikoku holding a mallet (Japanese called Uchide no Kozuchi) or a lucky hammer over his head in his left hand. In his right hand, he holds a cloth bag of rice. Daikoku is one of seven gods or immortals in Japanese culture. He represents wealth and fortune. It is 5 ¼” high, 2 ¼” wide and 1 ½” thick. Rare semi antique supplementary warp silk embroidery on handspun indigo cotton, blanket from the diverse Tai ethnic group Vietnam/Laos. I collected this in Chiang Mai around 15 years ago and would date it around 50 to 90 years old. Nowadays you just can’t find this sort of textile anymore. Some minor embroidery losses but overall in very good condition. Dimensions: 80cm/31.5in x 137cm/53in.

Old Chin skirt, circa 1950, from the Khumi subgroup in Burma. The design is called “amtosa” although deceptively simple is really extremely complex; please note in enlargements that the reverse side of this textile does not show any of the pattern on the front. This is made on a backstrap loom of very fine homespun cotton with a beaded open work border along the selvedge. Three small repaired holes. L: 1.8m/6ft and W: 40.5cm/16in.
These bright and sparkly candlesticks are in Fostoria's American patter featuring all over cubes of fire-polished glass. These cubes throw light like prisms on a bright and sunny day. Gorgeous vintage jadeite bangle with solid engraved yelllow gold hinge, clasp, and safety chain. Impeccable condition and clasp works wonderfully. Color of band is beautiful light jadeite with slight transparency.

This is a really great Depression Glass Pink Oil Lamp Base with Clear Globe. This Oil Lamp has a working burner that turns the wick up and down. The burner appears to be original. This vintage Oil Lamp is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. There are a couple small pieces of residue in the glass lamp base which was done in the making and common with the old glass. The globe is very good with no chips or cracks. The pink lamp base measures 10 1/2 inches high to top of burner...
Exquisitely, embroidery panel from the Yao, sometimes referred as the Mien, ethnic group from northwest Laos near the Vietnamese border. This piece is the back panel from of a woman’s jacket with silk embroidered thread on hand woven indigo dyed cloth and is in excellent condition (one tiny pin hole and later embroidery noted in enlargements), circa 75 years old. Above him an inscription that mentions the Buddha, the Bulguksa temple on Mount Toham in Gyeongju, South Korea, the name Seog’un, followed by the seals Lim-Chung…. And Seog’un. Other red seals in the lower left corner and to the right of the character ‘Bul’ (Buddha).

The Crinkle pattern was produced by Morgantown glass company in the late 1930's. This is the 6 1/2 inch high juice or martini pitcher in amethyst. The style is called 'Tijuana' and it holds 34 oz. Offered are two fabulous Arlington Chemical Company Diagnostic Allergen Test Kits which were used to test skin sensitivity or allergy to a wide variety of potential allergans. The two boxed sets date to the 1940s - 1950s era and are in very nice condition. Both boxes are covered in a grained, leather-like material. The larger box shows wear as seen in the photograph.
