Incense burner in the shape of three eggplants growing from one stem. The eggplants are separated by three leaves. The cover is in the shape of three crowns coming out of the joint stem. Each eggplant engraved with a plant. Standing on three feet.

A Rosenthal (Selb Bavaria) Inkstand; White with Gilt and Burnt Orange Florals. Dimensions 12" wide x 7" deep x 2.25" high. Marked December 2, 1931, possibly as a gift date, with the inkstand slightly earlier. Monogrammed. Very modest wear under the bottom of base; Excellent condition overall.

A set of four large scrolls depicting seasonal landscapes by Shirakura Niho enclosed in the original signed double wood box exhibited at the 1936 Nangain-Ten and published in the book Shirakura Niho (page 127 figures 102-107). Ink & Light color on Paper in fine silk mountings, they have been completely cleaned and restored to original perfect condition retaining the original cloth by Kitaoka Hyboido of Kyoto. Each scroll is 66 x 138.5 cm (26 x 54-1/2 inches)...

Probably used once and then packed away for another generation, this vintage silk traditional sari from Varanasi is a vibrant as the day it was loomed. A small leaf pattern of gold metallic thread dots the entire length of the deep green silk field. There is a 2 inch brocaded border on each side which also runs the length of the sari. The end panel is ornately patterned brocaded silk and makes extensive use of gold metallic threads...

This lovely Fostoria rose pink June etch tidbit, snack, or lemon handled plate is in perfect condition. The acid etch features two large tied ribbons trailing along the rim with spring flowers. It is slightly flared sitting on a collar foot. Just a lovely piece that would make a lovely gift or to display your homemade goodies. It is 8 1/2" long including the handles, and 7" wide. I have other Fostoria and elegant glassware in my inventory.....

A set of four Birks sterling silver nut or mint dishes 1940s-50s. These 4 x 2-3/8" dishes weigh 81.4 grams, and they are in excellent original condition with no corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a tiny dent in the upper lip of one dish, some very slight bends to the upper edge at one end on two dishes and some very shallow penpoint dents in the bottom of one dish (all are very minor and barely noticeable)...

This Phurbu shows an elegant scaffolding whose base is an elephant carrying 2 floors each sheltering 4 protectors standing hands joined in the ritual gesture of Namaste. The triangular blade is of traditional design with intertwined serpents carved minimally that come together, unusual, at two mouths of Makara different. Vintage original and signed painting of englich jockey, Sir Gordon Richards 1904-1986. Often acclaimed as the worlds greatest jockey and the only one given knighthood. Acrylic/oil on canvas. Tibetan snuff bottle of flat shape made of silver with a lavish embossed decor representing Tibetan Tantric Budhism deities, fistly Acala, one of the eight Dharmapalas holding a sword in his right hand on one side, and secondly one of the Dakinis on the other side. Each deity is gilt and backed by a flaming aureola surrounded by a floral design. Other parts of the bottle are partly gilt. The bottle also shows coral and turquoise inserts...
