This porcelain vase was produced in France by Thauraud Limoges in the 1920s. It is 6 inches tall and is 6 inches in diameter. The porcelain has a molded pattern in the porcelain, giving it texture. The ground color blends from cobalt blue to light blue. There is a floral decoration, accented with gilding, which follows the molded design. It gives the vase a pate sur pate feel. The flowers are stylized in the art deco fashion. Condition: Excellent

Pretty set of eight bone china coasters by Royal Worcester. Each has a hand painted transfer-printed floral bouquet design. The outer edges are ridged and the rims are gilt. In addition to their original purpose, the coasters could also be used for nut dishes or even butter pats.

Cast iron boot scrape in the form of a Scottie in its original blue paint. The two long spikes that hold the boot scrape in the ground are marked "Copyrighted 1927 By Household Patent Co. Brooch no100B (sometimes referred to as no120) is a small design with two tulips and berries. Another vintage GJ piece, this brooch is also a classic that was produced after 1945, according to the Georg Jensen mark. Large sterling silver berry spoon in Kirk's wonderful "Repousse" pattern. Certainly the most famous of all silver patterns to emerge from Baltimore, "Repousse" is filled with flowers such as roses, daisies and forget-me-nots. The bowl of the spoon is decorated with mixed fruit including strawberries, apples, grapes and raspberries. The back is marked "S. Kirk & Son Sterling", the mark used between 1927 and 1961.

Japanese Chestnut color wooden Sake Barrel, Ca. 1940, 7" high, 11 1/2" diameter top rim, wrapped around with twisted Bamboo ropes, and stopper, signed Kanji writings on the bottom outside. The condition is good.

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Meissen in the mid 20th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The cup features an entwined branch handle. The set is decorated with brightly colored flowers, realistically hand painted. The flowers on both pieces match. There is gold trim on the rims. Condition: Excellent. This is a first quality set.

A modernist pair of Sterling Silver salt and pepper shakers by Rancho Alegre. Main portion is in a brushed texture contrasting with the bottom disks which are shiny and smooth. The very top parts are shiny also. Measure 3" tall and 1 1/2" across the bottom. Signed Rancho Alegre, Sterling, Taxco and 925. Also signed N. Giles on the bottom of one, probably for the designer. Vintage Chinese soapstone miniature brush rest carved to represent a Taihu scholar’s rock with numerous perforations and crevices. Beautiful Laos soapstone with part of the boulder’s original caramel colored skin left on the side, wonderful carving, compressed dust on the surface, in great condition. Wonderful object for a scholar’s desk. Length 1.57 inches, height 0.78 inches.

A colorful green and white bakelite die holds a set of six chrome and bakelite dice picks in this Art Deco set. The cocktail pick holder (“porte-piques”) was once a fixture of every French bar or café. Today they can be used to spear cocktail olives, cherries or onions, or to serve small hors d’oeuvres.

A beautiful hand painted Willets Belleek handled bowl with fancy crimped rim. The bowl is 5 inches in diameter and 2 3/4 inches tall. Measured across the handles, the bowl is 6 ½ inches. Old Colony is the correct name for the pattern that collectors have always called 'Lace Edge'. It was produced by Hocking from 1935 to 1938. This is an old pair of sleeve cuffs from Maqur district in Ghazni province, Afghanistan, embroidered on a thin muslin ground.
