A Durand glass, blue iridescent vase, made around 1925 by Vineland Glassworks - the iridescence is similar to Steuben's, 'Aurene' and Tiffany's, 'Favrile'. The vase is 8 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches wide. Polished pontil. It is in fine condition (there is a spurious, 'LCT' at the bottom). Like many Durand glass objects, the vase is unsigned - it is guaranteed to be by Durand in their Shape Number 1730 (please refer to page 160 of Meschi's book for this vase-shape).

Description: This is an early 20th century Meissen porcelain jar and cover or sup tureen of superb quality, factory painted with naturalistic flower of different kinds and colors with the gold trim lid and base. It bears the crossed swords mark in underglaze blue. Size: This item is 5"h with 7" in diameter. Condition is perfect. This porcelain group was produced in Denmark by Bing & Grondahl between 1948 and 1951. The model number is 1581. It measures 4 1/2 inches high and is 4 inches wide. The four monkeys are modeled with charming character. They are huddled together for warmth and support. The group is hand painted in earthy tones. Condition: Excellent, first quality.

All sterling silver pastry server in Georg Jensen's 1927 "Viking" pattern (called "Nordisk" in Danish). This is one of the very rarest of all the Jensen patterns, and was designed by Jensen himself. It is beautifully crafted of the heaviest silver and combines traditional Scandinavian motifs with an Art Deco eye for design. The reverse is marked with the old interlocked "GJ" mark...

This Fenton Swan is circa 1983. It is Fenton # 5160. It is in excellent condition.

Unusual basket form similar to Archimede Segusos' foglia designs. The form is colored a subtle gold pink with bullicante bubbles and ribs. This fine sculptural expression demonstrates the skill of the Murano glassblowers, measures 7"w x 6"d x 9"h, and is unmarked.
