A tilework figure of a female dog of fo and young. The dog of sancai glazes of green, yellow and aubergine. The dog with her young at her feet which climbs around to look at her. The kylin seated on a pierced rectangular plinth mounted in ormolu.

Chinese Han-Qin Dynasty 200 bc- 200 ad tomb guardian earth spirit figure ,molded in gray terracotta this figure is nicely molded with a great face and beard detail. The face still retains some of the original white and red paint . His only damage is the loss and repair of the flame type ridges on his back other wise he is good condition . Rare carved brick from the terracotta temples of Bengali . 17th - 18th c hand carved brick depicting a court figure wearing elaborate costume one hand on a dagger and a bird on his hand , nearly impossible to replace as the temples are now UNESCO sites . Tang Dynasty painted Terracotta figure of a Court Lady , beautiful piece well molded and traces of its original paint. There is no apparent damage but one tip of hair . Collected in the 1920s by a Canadian French Railroad construction engineer. There is an old label in Chinese on the back . There is a piece of tissue in the base so the dirt doesn't come out. Size h 11.5" w almost 2.5" at the hair. Note the neck has NOT been broken!

Republic period mottled pale green jade Chinese small sword or dagger nicely carved with a great surface sheen and patina. A chilong is carved on each side of the guard between the handle and blade. In excellent condition, it measures 16" long. Can be used a page turner and would be a terrific addition to your desk. VIDEO AVAILABLE upon request.

Chinese antique small display shelf with stand, made of hong-mu. A staggered shelf in the middle breaks up the square area. The front and sides of the unit is carved with delicate lined details and cusped edges. On each side of both the top and bottom shelf is a little window (four total) and the back is open. The underside of the base has a black lacquer panel painted with a butterfly and chrysanthemums.
