Pair of Chinese jade celadon carved vases with ring handles and covers. The overall carved design on the hexagon shaped vases are flower branches. The covers carry a lotus bud finial with similar carving.

Size: Approximately 8" high

Condition: Overall in generally good condition, some nicks. I believe that one of the rings has broken off and is missing.

A pair of Chinese famille verte enameled porcelain boxes formed as recumbent quails. Realistically modelled, the feathers under green, aubergine and yellow glazes, the interiors glazed turquoise. The underside of the boxes molded with a pair of tucked-in legs, left unglazed. Resting on carved fitted wooden stands.

Size: Each measuring 7" wide, 4.25" deep and 4-1/8" high. Height on stand 6"

5000 year old Hongshan Nephrite jade Mother Goddess Amulet Pendant. Rare piece depicting a seated pregnant woman goddess with her hands over her abdomen. Biconically off set drilled suspension holes. A pair of Chinese opaque yellow glass bottle vases. Each with tall carved necks and rounded rims, the necks decorated with the tails of dragons that eminate from the rounded bodies . The two five claw dragons chasing a flaming pearl through the heavens. The base plain.

DESCRIPTION: A colorful pair of Chinese cloisonne deer, both standing foursquare with heads turned, their bodies decorated with a profusion of designs including dragons and taotie masks, all on a turquoise blue ground. These are a nice larger size, perfect for a table centerpiece. Republic Period (1911 - 1949); very good condition. DIMENSIONS: Each 15.5" long (39.3 cm) x 15" high (38 cm).

Chinese white Peking Glass vase with painting in reddish-pink overglaze of a mountain palace scene. On one side, three figures approach a mountain pavilion where rocky crags rise out of the mist, trees bend and flocks of birds fly. On the reverse side is a lake with fishing boats and mountain peaks rising up in the distance. An inscription in black ink is written on the lake side of the vase. A thin painted ring of gold encircles the rim of the vase...

Chinese clock made of brass with cloisonne, six cloisonne columns, on the front behind glass is the clock face and a small oval shaped painting of a country scene with a lake and mountains with trees in the foreground, on either side of the clock are painted grecian style figures, a small oval plaque on the back is stamped with "Made in People's Republic of China", size 12" high. Size: 11 1/2" high x 8 3/4" wide x 4 1/2" deep.

Condition Report; Good condition, haven't noticed any problem, very tiny chip to the inside of base, not visible from outside.

Carving of a Chinese scholar made from dark hardwood with lighter orange highlighted areas, his eyes closed as if in deep meditation. He sits with one leg curled underneath himself, his left arm rested upon a carved stool or small table, with the face of a beast. He holds a scroll in his hand and creates a Buddhist mudra gesture with the same hand.
