One side displays a balcony setting and the opposite side displays a picnic setting with each having a lake and mountains in the background. The sides have a further rondel with flowers and birds. Large green stoneware model of a standing horse, done in Tang style, covered in a rich crackled green glaze, on an integral rectangular base. The base is unusual having a central piercing & being built up rather than simply flat as in the originals.

Condition: Good overall condition, some small areas of chipping and one corner on the base has a chip. On the upper back of the horse is the remains of a Jian Ding seal.

Pair of Chinese stoneware turquoise glazed seated lions on pedestal bases.

Age: Ming Dynasty (16th/17th century)

Size: Approximately 14" high

Condition: There is some wear to the glaze and slight chipping. I am not sure if one of the ears on the lions has been repaired or if the yellow glaze covering has just chipped away.

Pair of large Chinese porcelain blue and white beaker vases in the Kangxi style. Each is decorated all around in under-glaze blue lotus blooms and flowering prunus on a white ground. The inside of each is glazed white. The base glazed the same with a double circle in under-glaze blue. These vases are quite large and heavy.

Age: Late 19th century to early 20th century

Pair of Chinese carved wooden (Rosewood) Buddhist lions (Foo Dogs). The male and female each represented in pose; the female with the cub and the male with the ball. Each has a loose ball in their mouth. The base of each with a removable wooden prayer slot.
