A early 20th C. Chinese peking glass enamel snuff bottle with dragon motif, in excellent condition. Signed(1939) H:8cm $225

This 20th century Chinese YiXin teapot is 3 ¾” high, 4 ½” in diameter and 7” long from spout to the handle. The artist’s name, which is illegible, is stamped inside the lid. Another stamped square seal “China, YiXin” is on the bottom. The design on the pot depicts a peach tree and peach on the lid, spout, handle and part of the body. It is in excellent condition.

Pre columbian style Black Pottery Necklace with figures. The necklace came from a Geologist's estate of ancient necklaces from various central American cultures , this one we do not know age or origin. 12 figures with 8 disc pendants . approx 22" great piece to part out and make other jewelry with.

Vintage Japanese okimono of one of the 3 wise monkeys in their habitual "see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil” attitude - in this case Mizaru covering his eyes. Carved in ittobori (one cut) style typical for the Hida school. Very clever rendition of the animal, much more creative and challenging as a number of intersecting planes versus natural familiar rounded lines. Very clever use of ichii (yew wood), its texture nicely imitating fur of the animal, in excellent condition...

Antique Chinese Nephrite Jade Pendant with a 4 Claw Dragon ,nice carving in green brown stone the dragon in the Tang style. Good condition some what appears to be burial debris upper r center. Just under 2" high just under 1.5" wide

Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print depicting a pavilion in the woods near a pond by Inui Tai (b. 1929). The artist was active from the end of the 1940s through the 1980s and was heavily influenced by the work of Shiko Munakata. Paper size: 12 1/2" x 12 1/2" (image: 9 3/8" x 11 3/8"). Very good overall condition with some wrinkling to the fine paper and minor soiling to the bottom margin edge. Similar prints by this artist can be seen in the online collection of the Spencer Museum...

This 1950~1960 carved wood fisherman is 7” high, 2 ½” wide and 2 ¼” thick. It depicts a smiling fisherman holding the catch of the day. The pant leg is rolled up on his left leg; so, he looks like he just walked out of the water. It is in great condition.

A very unusual modern Japanese pottery vase. Exaggerated chatter decoration spiraling from the foot to the shoulder, the tacky clay lifted to a very coarse texture before firing. The neck to rim, also spiraling up the vase, finished smoothly. Apparently in the tradition of the stoneware tile work kilns of Bizen and Tokoname. Studio artist marks in impressed cartouches on the foot. Excellent condition. Height, 8 inches.

Japanese scroll painted with ink and colors on silk depicting a daimyo (feudal lord) in full military armor and a quiver full of arrows on his back before a battle. He is seated on a low chair on top of a tiger skin, a low table with sake cup, chopsticks and few small plates with condiments. There is a stretched textile screen behind him and a kneeling armored attendant holding a tall narrow banner...

Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print by Tokuriki Tomikichiro (1902-2000) titled “Sanjo Ohashi (Bridge)” dating circa 1950. The artist’s black “tomoe” seal is at the lower right. Shikishi size measuring 11 3/8” x 10 3/4” (paper); image: 11” x 9 1/2.” Excellent color and very good overall condition. There are some slight wrinkles in the paper and a faint diagonal crease in the sky below the bridge...
