Amazing Murano Cased ORANGE and White OVERSHOT 2 Position GEODE Bowl!!! Unsure of attribution, but certainly Incredible! It has a flattened side so it can be tilted, or it can lay flat as well. It also has great contrast of colors! For accuracy, there is a flat chip on the edge of the rim (see last photo). The piece has no other damage (chips, nicks, or fleabites)...

This really pretty pair of black Paneled Grape 4 1/2 inch high Salt and Pepper Shakers were made by Westmoreland Glass. The shakers have the original chrome lids on. The shakers are both in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The original lids are really good. Both shakers are signed on the bottom WG (it is a faint signature, but there). Chinese Tang style Sancai Glazed Horse, purchased in the 1970s age is unknown but the piece is at least vintage. No damage size H 8" by 7"

This Art Deco charger, c 1939, is from Kupittaan pottery in Finland. The decoration, a male nude combined with a border of laurel leaves, suggests a Olympics venue. The 1940 Olympic Games, originally scheduled for Japan, was rescheduled for Helsinki, Finland. Those games were postponed because of the Soviet invasion of Finland in 1939. This charger probably was created in anticipation of the Helsinki games. It measures 14" in diameter, and is in mint condition. A very rare object.

DESCRIPTION: Two pair of antique ice skates, one large pair with original leather straps and curled tips, plus one smaller wooden pair. Stamped on the blade of the larger pair is “BATAVUS, HEERENVEEN.” Batavus is a Dutch bicycle manufacturer which began in 1904, and was located in Heerenveen, a town in the north of the Netherlands. In the 1930’s, Batavus diversified to include tricycles, motorcycles, and ice skates...

Japanese sosaku hanga woodblock print depicting a pavilion on Peony Point (Botan-dai), Pyongyang, Korea and is No. 28 from the series "One Hundred Views of New Japan" by Hiratsuka Un'ichi (1895-1997). The artist's red ink Hiratsuka Un'ichi seal is at the lower right. The black ink title and artist's red "Un" seal is at the upper left. Known to date to 1940. Paper size: 9 7/8" x 12 5/8" (image: 8 7/8" x 11 7/8"). This print was never framed and is in very good overall condition...

This is one of the Steuben animals that I have never seen before. Measuring 5" high, he was introduced in 1974, and I don't know when he was discontinued, but I know he isn't available anymore. He is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8293.

Brilliant Cut Glass Hinged Box - This box, all original, is a very unusual size, as the glass lid is considerable smaller than the jar itself. I don't know patterns, and it is not signed, but I do know that its quite lovely, the top matches the bottom, and its in perfect condition. It measures 4 1/4" tall x 5" diameter on the top and 6" diameter on the bottom.

This is a lady's purse from Bamiyan, Afghanistan, finely embroidered in silk thread. The Hazara excel in making very intricate geometric design embroideries executed in brick stitch. This purse has also some chain stitch and couching stich ("basma") on the reverse, which features three separate pockets. Condition is good with some staining on the front consistent with its age (mid to late 20th century). The purse measures 10.9 x 23.6 cm.

This is a really cute 5 inch high SLICK CHICK Gourd Vase made by Pennsbury Pottery. This Vase is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or scratches. The painted decoration is all very good. This charming millefiori Fratelli Toso Mosaica Vase has blue and green with white accents murrines arranged in alternating verticle rows, with 2 stretched cane handles and acid-matte finish. In "Fratelli Toso Italian Glass 1854-1980" author Leslie Pina dates these as made in the 1900-1910 time frame. P. 32-57. This vase stands 5" tall, 3" diameter. The piece is in perfect condition.

A Zohiko covered rice bowl. Colorful leaf decoration sparsely applied on black ground with almost iridescent effect with gold and silver maki-e and red details. Zohiko mark in gold lacquer inside the bowl's foot rim. 20th century. Bowl diameter 5 1/16 inches (12.86 cm). The bowl has two small losses to the lacquer along the foot and one small loss to the rim. The cover is in good condition. The lacquer otherwise being in good condition with no distress or wear of note...

From our Fine Arts and Americana Collection, an elegant vintage console table circa 1950, constructed of solid hardwood most likely either American walnut or oak, featuring cabriole legs that are lathe turned and then hand-finished by bandsaw, rasp and scraper. The table is surmounted by a lovely white Italian marble beveled top with rose colored veining and striations...

Hampatong female figurine, wearing earrings and necklace, knees bent, standing on a square base. Wood, with fine glossy dark patina. Indonesia, Borneo Island, Dayak Peoples. Height: 11 cm. The statue is nicely mounted on a custom stand. Abrasion due to age, otherwise very good condition. Provenance: old Dutch collection. A rare piece.
