Kokeshi, folk toy of NE Japan. Wood, height 12". Tsuchiyu-kei of Tsuchiyu Onsen (Hot Spring) in Fukushima Prefecture. Made by Saito Hiromichi, born August 8, 1930. This kokeshi is probably from ca. 1980.

Vibrant tusty red splashes across the black glazed surface of this sculpted vase by Kawai Kanjiro dating from the 1950s enclosed in a wooden box annotated by his daughter Koha, the head of the Kawai Kanjiro Kinenkan Museum. The vase is roughly 8 by 4 by 4-3/4 inches (20 cm x 12 x 10 cm) and is in perfect condition. Kanjiro was a true artist by nature, and together with Hamada Shoji, set a pattern of study for modern potters...

Fostoria Chintz Tri-Candy is in mint condition. Chintz - (1940-1977) - This beautiful Fostoria etching is pattern #338. It measures about 7x7x7x3.5" high. Chintz enjoyed a long production period and was one of Fostoria's most popular etchings. The Chintz line was extensive and the pattern can be found on many items. Sterling toothpick holder by Victoria, Mexico, c.1945. Hand made and charming, it measures 1 1/2" high by 2" in diameter. Made of heavy gauge silver, it weighs 2 troy ounces. Vintage Japanese Momo Coral carved cat with bells pendant figure .75" by .75" and weighs 6.7 g the cat is well carved though one ear has been restored but not really very visible. Loop on top as well as a hole through the back of the collar to the base for stringing as a bead. selling as is .

Chinese Hongshan Chicken Bone jade Owl Pendant . Well sculpted with biconically off set drill suspension holes . This nice little bird was collected 1980-1995 and has no apparent damage and no restoration.

This is very fine Japanese white ceramic porcelain cup and saucer set. It is made by Tosho Kiln, Seto city in Japan. The quality of porcelain is superb with finely and thinly made body in the design of ribbed relief work. You can see thru the light when holding under light. Each cup and saucer has marking on Tosho on the bottom of items. It came with nice gift box...

1930's Chinese Fuzhou Lacquer Happy Buddha

It is 13.4 inches (34 cm) tall by 13.6 inches (34.5 cm) wide. It is 646 gram (1.3 Lb).

It has rubbing of paint, a chip at the hat's finial, chips and cracks at one spot at the sleeve, stains, writings at the underside of the hat and bottom, and surface wears and scratches (as seen in the photos).

Midcentury Modern sterling silver and cut-glass creamer and sugar. Made by Hawkes in Corning, New York. Each: Conical bowl on flutes and diaper, and scalloped rim border. Creamer has c-scroll handle and small u-form spout. Stepped and round sterling silver base. Fully marked including silver weight (16 pwts/each). Very good condition. Sugar has minor base ping.

Anonymous painter to me, from pre war era

This really great little ruby red 1979 Christmas Ornament, in the original box, was made by Westmoreland Glass. This ornament features the Child in Prayer. On the ornament is Merry Christmas - God Is Great - 1979. The ornament measures 3 inches in diameter. It is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The white paint of the little child does have some discoloration. I don't know what the discoloration is since the box appears to have never been opened...
