This gown has an exceptionally beautiful red. It is satin but feels almost like velvet. The condition is new, probably never been used. The bottom padding was still covered with a white cloth when this Uchikake was purchased (Enlargement 5). The measurements are 53" wide and 73" long.

Elegant signed Keisen bronze vase with carp undulating and frolicing about. With original paulownia signed box. Characters on box read: "Daruma seiyu koi bori doki kabin" meaning daruma holy playing carp bronze flower vase. C. 1950. excellent condition. Ask for shipping quote.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece of glass, and the decoration is so elegant. I believe it started life as a vase and was made into a lamp at a later date. The background glass is sort of mottled, but almost in stripes, in gray, gold and white. It is decorated on both sides with lotus blossoms. The paint on the blossoms is so thick that it is three-dimensional. The beautiful piece of glass measures 16" tall as a vase, and 32" tall with the attached harp. It is in perfect condition.

A small Japanese hibachi formally known as te-aburi or a hand warmer which were often found in traditional Japanese homes. The hand warmer is shaped in the form of a winter pumpkin known as an akoda and the design has been in use since the 17th century. The warmer contains makie decorations of chrysanthemums set with a bamboo fence. Age: 20th century Size: diameter 7.5" height 8.25"

Five sterling souvenir spoons from BOSTON, QUEBEC; MACKINAC ISLAND; LOVER'S LEAP LOOKOUT, MT.; and one saying SOUVENIR. All are marked STERLING and measure approx. 4 1/2" long. MONTGOMERY ALABAMA spoon has been sold....$9 for insured USA shipping.

This stunning vase of dark purple cut-to-clear glass is reminiscent of the fine work done by Bohemian or Belgian glassworks. It has a dramatic graduated shape and is molded with sharp, vertical panels with impressed elongated ovals. It stands 8 inches high with a rim diameter of 4 3/4 inches. Some wear to base; minor scratches to vase body.

This pretty crystal and sterling silver perfume bottle has a partial mark for Sterling (and it tests as sterling), and another partial mark: “…AXCO” for TAXCO. Rare old Japanese cotton norleen with three 3 fish from Mutual Bank of Kure in Hiroshima. This was a gift to clients. In very good condition, it measures 40 inches x 24.5".

Amethyst natural stone Lamp Finial with Brass fittings, 2 1/4" high, 3/4" x 1/2" wide-Amethyst, fits into modern fixtures. The condition is good.

Duncan & Miller Red Terrace 6" Square Plate. In good condition -- has one little itty-bitty flake on the inside rim. I have to mention it! This plate was produced in the 1940's. Sorry, but only have one. Very hard to find.

A wonderful contemporary furniture piece in a Chinese altar table style, made by a highly regarded local craftsman. The underside has the RE Studio brand mark to show it is a special, original made piece. Made of black walnut with smooth natural finish, with special decorative elements such as lighter "ash" hardwood "keys", and "butterflies" on the inner leg to hold the natural fissures of the wood. Skillfully made with mortis and tenon joinery.

The Steuben beaver was introduced between 1975 and 1977 and designed by Lloyd Atkins. It has garnet eyes. This one measures 3 1/2" tall and is in perfect condition. It is Steuben number 8360

A nice Art Deco cocktail pick set formed as a dark red bakelite cherry atop a rosewood base holding six bright red bakelite cherry-finial picks. The cocktail pick holder (“porte-piques”) was once a fixture of every French bar or café, as well as private bars in the home. Today, they can be used for their original purpose or to serve small hors d’oeuvres.
