Chinese Bamboo woven 2 compartment Food Basket with handle and black Iris ink painting on top of the lid, and clear lacquer finish on the entire basket. Ca. early 1900's or later part of 1800's, 17 1/2" high with handle, 14" x 8 1/2" wide. All the parts are in place, nothing is missing. The basket is in good condition except wood joint have separation on the bottom of the trays, caused by the dryness and age. Maker's mark on the bottom in black.
An unusual late 19th or early 20th Century Italian vase in clear glass with a light dusting of internal gold aventurine, brown inclusions and applied yellow "drapery." Unsigned.
