A European shape porcelain tea caddy painted in underglaze blue depicting houses and pavillions in a river landscape. This item was made in Jingdezhen (southern China) for export to Europe, circa 1760-1780, during the reign of the Qianlong emperor. Decorated with a design of different types of chrysanthemums and pendant lotus petals painted in iron red on either side of basket weave borders and flower cell borders. Silver mounted around 1750. A saucer bowl, meticulously painted with a seascape and pavilions, the border with diaper, cod roe and peony motifs. The rim brown-glazed, Qianlong, late 18th century. Diameter "6/ 15,5 cm. Condition: fine.

This is a square and heavily potted export plate, circa 18th century. On the cavetto of the plate, it has a band of flora design with roulette diapers and ruyi head all around. On the inner of base plate, it has a scene of a river with pavilion and houses surrounded with weeping willows and pine trees. Near the front of the pavilion, two people were seen engaged in a discussion and to the left of the pavilion; it appears like a lady is crossing the bridge...

Extraordinary large, extraordinary beautiful, brilliantly enamelled - one of the most beautiful Canton rose dishes ever seen so far. Early nineteent century. Diameter : 33,7 cm.
