Black glazed pottery lebes with tapering body and raised handles on the rounded shoulder. Thickened rim to accommodate a lid.
Traces of fingertips around the base where the vessel was held to be dipped into the glaze.
Lebes gamikoi were vessels associated with marriage rituals held for both the living and the unmarried deceased.

An authentic Tang pottery horse and rider who is holding some kind of musical instrument. The horse and rider are covered with the remaining white slip that all original Tang pottery should have. This item came with many items from one tomb. See last photo.

This Sui Dynasty (581~618) yellow burial horse is 10 1/2” high, 11 ¾” long and 5 ¾” wide. It depicts a battle horse wearing a leather saddle and a draped saddle cloth. Aside from an old repair on the tail and part of the neck, it is in great condition.
Set of fittings in cast and hammered bronze, suitable for 2 Chinese cabinets with one door or for a large cabinet with double doors. All the elements are decorated with chisel-engraved dragons. A padlock is part of the lot. Hand-threaded rods and nuts allow the installation of fittings on the furniture. Dimensions of the hinges: 150 x 55 mm Dimensions of the central plates: 252 x 50 mm Oxidized, patinated. Good condition.

A Yuan dynasty blue and white yuhuchun vase, rounded side with pear shape body and glazed base, vase decorated with fine Persian under glaze blue of lotus pond motif, upper part with raising leave motif, divided classic scroll and cloud motif.
Vase has been broken and professionally restored, still a very good piece for collection, picture before restoration available.
