Atractive Blue and White Quatrefoil Lobed Dish, with straight flaring sides and a flat rim. Decorated with two birds among prunus, chrysanthemum and other plants issuing from rockwork, on a terrace. All in a good blue.

The base has a “min yao” Yongzheng seal mark in overglaze iron-red enamel, but the cup probably dates to the later 18th Century. The decoration is in overglaze enamels and the rim has a faint brownish wash. Although the piece is in very good condition-- no chips, cracks or restoration, the glaze has numerous tiny iron specks, particularly visible on the interior. The footring displays the very white paste often seen in 18th Century wares...
An excellently potted, most beautiful Porcelain vase, covered with a very nice crackled " golden " glaze. The unglazed parts of the vase covered with a brown slip. Yongzheng Period 1723 - 1735. H : 23,2 cm. Diameter : 15,2 cm.

Chinese porcelain blue and white cup, shaped in resemblance to a Tibetan butter lamp. Adorned with bold and complex designs of lotuses, scrolling vines, and eight Sanskrit characters along the outer sides. An early 18th Century porcelain tea bowl and saucer decorated in underglaze blue with overgalze iron red and green enamels in "Verte Imari" style. This item was made in China for export to Europe early in the 18th Century, probably during the reign of the Yongzheng emperor (1723-1735).
