A very beautiful schist head of a Bodhisattva, 2-4 Century AD, with soft, youthful features, wearing a diadem with rosettes. A well modelled finely cast and carved seated bronze Buddha, with very dark old patination, made in Kandy (central Sri Lanka) during either the 18th or 19th Century. There is a very similarly styled figure currently on display on the ground floor of the Victoria and Albert Museum (London): No. IS.127-1964 (Given by Havelock Pinkey).

A rare INDO-PERSIAN Mughal Khanjar Dagger with a curved and finely damascended PAMOR blade. The scabbard/sheath and handle/blade are intricately and very finely inlaid with Gold and Silver detailing designs. The wonderfully shaped handle is exquisitely hand crafted as a 3-dimensional Lion's head. The dominant dense Pamor pattern of the blade resembles irregular annual rings of a tree trunk. Antique Tibetan hand-carved wooden deity mask of Mahakala, a guardian diety, the fierce and powerful being and counterpart to Kali / Mahakali. His name means "Greater than Time" as he upholds ultimate rule and power over all forces, including time and death. This hand carved mask is indeed very fierce looking, with signs of wear and traces of old lacquer all throughout. Some losses.
