Chinese antique large lobed bowl, made of heavy copper and enameled with raised repouse design of flowers and scrolling vines on the outside and with lovely yellow enamel on the inside. The enamel work on the flowers is delicately done with lovely colors on a yellow ground to match the inside of the dish. The stand is made of hardwood and intricately carved with elaborate details and long curving legs. 18th/19th century. Size of the bowl: 2 1/2" high x 15 1/4" long x 10 3/4" wide...

The centre decorated with a small central roundel framed by a border of demi-florets containing a Dragon delineated in gilt with green and iron red enamels holding a jewel, tama, in its claw. The rim of the dish is decorated with a border of alternating double crested waves and gilded...

Pair of Gilded Bronze Cloisonne Happy Buddha Lamp, 19th Century

The lamp is 13.75 inches (35 cm) tall, and 5 inches (12.5 cm) wide. The Buddha is 7 inches (17.7 cm) tall by 5.5 inches (14 cm) wide. They weigh 5.5 lb.

They have missing enamels, enamel bruising, loss of gilding, surface wears and scratches, and small holes at Buddha's ears (as seen in the photos).

Chinese Guang Xu period (1875~1908) Wucai vase is 9 inches tall. The vase came from the Warren Cox collection, New York. It depicts two flower vessels which are separated by calligraphy. Studio mark Cha Yi Xing on the bottom. It is in great condition.

A rare Ming dynasty wanli period under glaze blue and over glaze enamel Wucai large bowl with boys playing in the garden, rounded side with deep center and glazed base, bowl is in good condition no damage no chip no crack no restoration, natural glaze frittings on the rim, size: 14 cm diameter.

From our Japanese Collection, a superb and large satsuma lidded jar / tea caddy by Ryozan, Meiji Period 1868-1912, stunningly executed with exceptional fineness depicting two cartouches of people gathering, alternating with two cartouches of ducks and birds in nature scenes, all separated and framed by intricate brocaded reserves of floral motifs using wonderful color variation and extensive gilt.

Size and Condition: A relatively large caddy at 7 1/4 inches tall, 6 1/8 inches wide.

This is a hydrangea pattern and a high technique of yuzen dye, and shadow and the color of the leaf are expressed boldly. It is the gem which does not exist in other tsutsugaki. It is a painting of wonderful yuzen dye. Tsutsugaki is done by a considerably exact technology. It is a wonderful masterpiece of Edo at latter term. There is slightly a repair mark.It has several small holes.The material is hemp (superior grass cloth)and cotton. size:162cm x 140cm (63.7" x 55.1")
