A large and very beautiful 18th Century Shan State Brass Buddha subduing Mara. This type of Buddha was mostly made of wood, lacquer and papier maché, brass is indeed very seldomly found, thus rare. This is a highly unique and rare antique Japanese dirk that dates back to the late Edo Period. It features an old Koto samurai tanto dagger blade with a signature inscribed on the tang. The signature is attributed to the swordsmith "Kaneyoshi" from Mino Province. The blade is from the early Muromachi period (Ouei era), which was approximately 600 years ago.

A rare antique Chinese Longquan, celadon glazed charger dating from the Ming Dynasty 15th Century. Thickly molded with a raised edge to the rim flange and a band of recessed petals tapering inward along the cavetto toward a peony flower roundel impressed to the center of the well. This is a carved portrait of Christ in gem quality emerald from Colombia. It has been specific gravity tested. It originated from the Chivor mining area in Colombia which produced higher grade specimens than the Muzo or Coscuez areas. It dates to around the middle 1600's and shows no evidence of modern tool marks. It is 233.24 carats. It is 1 1/2" tall, 1/1/4" wide and 1" deep. The patina is beautiful. 15th century Goryeo Mishima tea bowl from the Early Joseon Dynasty.
The Mishima tea bowl is a type of Goryeo tea bowl that was made in Gyeongsangnam-do in the 15th and early 16th centuries.

The sides are covered in bluish-grey and red burnt colors as if they were replaced, and you can feel the bitterness of the times.
White inlays are neatly decorated on the upper part. A belt pattern is formed by arranging the seal flowers between the loop lines, and the bluish-gray base...

A Ming Inkstone was in simple rectangular form and was in decent look.
