A large and very rare beaker shaped Chinese porcelain vase painted with scenes in cartouches delicately enamelled in "mandarin" palette, and reserved on elaborate gilt scroll ground. This item was made in China for export to Europe late in the reign of the Qianlong emperor (1736-1795).

Condition - this vase has been broken in a number of places and has had extensive professional old restoration. .

Korean Goryeo period stoneware bottle vase with wide shoulders tapering to the base and trumpet neck ending in a cup-shaped mouth covered overall in a finely crackled olive-rust tinted celadon glaze. The glaze stops irregularly above the flat, unglazed base that has burned red from firing. Circa 11th-13th century. 11 1/8” high. Good overall condition. A pair of rare thin-bladed Danish Danish neolithic axes dating to 3rd mill BC.

Both axes have long, slim blades and sharp edges, almost like chisels but they are axes.

A traditional pair of Korean hand-carved wood clogs, or Namakshin. This type of footwear was originally introduced to Korea by shipwrecked Dutch sailors during the mid 1600s. Similar to the Japanese geta, Namakshin have two stilts beneath each shoe, designed to protect one's feet from muddy, wet ground.
