Small ovoid vase with short neck; lugs on two sides of the neck. Rich brown iron glaze over a gray-beige colored ceramic body, leaving the lower 1/3 part free.

Japanese 6-Panel byobu folding screen, with painting of a flowering wheat field under the full moon. The screen's paper hinges are done in gold gofun paper. Excellent condition, very presentable well suited for the times. The screen bears elements related to the Shijo School, hand-signed signature, with two red chops, attributed to Shiokawa Bunrin (1808-1877).

Good Joseon Dynasty, 19th century stoneware cup/bowl with high footrim and pale greenish gray glaze and gray stoneware , this is a simple regional folk ware but has a pleasing almost celadon feel to it that needs to be held to be appreciated. There is some kiln grit in the cavetto as well as three minor hairline stress cracks. H: 8.7cm/3.5in and D: 13.1cm//5.2in.

1900's Chinese Silk Embroidery "Shou" Calligraphy Fan Case with Peking Glass Beads
The overall length is 17.9 inches (45.5 cm) long. The case is 12.4 inches (31.5 cm) long by 2.36 inches (6 cm) wide. The beads are 0.87 inch (2.2 cm) long by 0.5 inch (1.29 cm) wide. It is 32.8 gram.
It has frayed silk, loose threads, tears at the inner lining, and wears. One of the bead has a chip (as seen in the photos).

This unusual Chinese export enamel and silver filigree Foo dog is 5 ¾” high (with base is 7” high), 4” wide and 2” thick. The Foo dog sits on a globe with its mouth open. Three small coral and turquoise pieces are missing from his head. Most of lacquer finish on the wood base has worn off. Otherwise, it is in fairly good condition.

Floral embroidery in several shades of blue silk thread decorate this white silk sleeve band. Mostly embroidered with satin stitch, there is a rose embroidered with peking knots and high-lighted with gold couching. There is some slight discoloration on the white silk border which could easily be avoided in framing.

An ancient Egyptian white steatite scarab, with finely engraved anatomical features such as clypeus, prothorax and elytra. The reverse is detailed with hieroglyphs, including the engraved depiction of a beetle scarab with the sun disk, a basket, a feather of Maat and a papyrus stem.
