A refined pottery Cheng-Ni inkstone was preserved in very good condition.
By elegant round shape and arched moon-shaped inkpool, the inksone was thick and was hefty in weight.
Old frets and scars were observed and also proved its old age.

Description:

This Suanzhi wood stand was in strong and firm structure while enduring old patina was preserved well on the surface.
By an adequate size, it was used being put on the table for displaying bronze censer or other curiosities.
A very minute crack line was on the surface board. It didn't penetrate the board and was unnoticiable.

A black-glazed Jianyang tea bowl was in lovely size.
Uniquely and rarely-seen, it was decorated inside the bowl with splashed white mottles.
Obvious incursions had happened to the glaze resulting in the earthen and foggy look.
That includes the bursting holes of the glaze bubbles.
Wiry crackles can be observed too.
The darken body clay revealed was in enduring old look and was covering with grayish oxidation...

Description:

One nice brush washer was made from one block of precious Zitan wood.
By purplish black tint, the rare wood piece was preserved very good without any defects and free of any restoration.
It was well carved in beautiful round shape with inverted mouth rim by decent proportion.

Description: An interesting stamp store's seal was kept in perfect condition. With inscription of Chan Ann Zhai Inn Pu Chang-Chan Ann Zhai Stamp's Store Seal, this wood stamp which stood for the store that had produced numerous stamps for it's clients now was the only one left. Produced probably from Fujian kiln, this beautiful black bowl was preserved with original charming glaze condition only with one minor glaze defect on the mouth rim. This bowl had been cleaned meticulously with boiled water and ready for real use. Some coral adherence were kept for authentication and for original mood. Molded finely in bamboo stalk shape on the rim as decoration, this oval dish was used as a snuff dish by unique material. Large Chinese Jin dynasty (1125-1234) Henan globular form stoneware jar with a high neck decorated on opposite sides of the shoulder with two appliqué dragons running around the circumference of the horizontally ribbed body. The interior is fully glazed and the exterior glaze stops well above the unglazed base. The rich black/brown glaze, referred to as “temmoku” by the Japanese, is permeated with russet accents. 7 3/4" high x 9" diameter.

Description: A beautiful Longquan celadon cosmetic covered box was excavated with perfect condition. With charming lake-green glaze and evenly applied crackles and bubbles, the box was set with shallow dishes inside and molded decoration on cover. The excavation evidences were obvious when observing at hand in details which were hard to reveal in my pictures. And THE TRUE BEAUTY IS ASTONISHING IN REAL THAN IN THE PICTURES as well...

This is a blue and white brush rest for a scholar study. The brush rest is manufactured in the likeness of blue and white wares on which Arabic and Persian inscriptions appear during the reign of emperor Cheng-Te, Ming dynasty. The painting is like a scroll work know as the “Muhammadan scrolls” with inter-twining foliage.

A Longquan water dropper was in lovely melon shape.
By cute little spout, the small ewer was mold with a handle which intended to imitate the twisted vines.
It was most likely a salvage from the sea according the immensely spread foggy incursions on the surface.
Some padding grits were left at the bottom.
Despite the natural condition, this celadon ewer was well mold in nice shape, and was easy to hold in hand for caressing and fondling.

Description: A northern stoneware was intriguingly applied with russet oil-spots glaze. In a lovely size, the bowl was molded regularly in well proportion. While with a charming glaze effects on the inner and outer surface, the bowl’s foot ring was unglazed and was revealed with the meticulously applied protection coating on the body clay. The sandy-feel protection slip cracked in some way and reveal the white clay underneath. Date: Jin to Yuan period(13th-14th century) Width: 8.2cm.

A famille rose yellow ground minyao bowl with underglaze blue Daoguang sealmark and of the period. In a round shape, the ware was applied with characteristic triple colors(usually as brown, yellow and green) on the upper half of the surface, and left the lower portion unglazed.

The beautiful glaze was preserved well but suffused with minute crackles.

A Longquan bowl was in nice conical shape and was fired into a crackled glaze imitating the rare Guan wares.
It was an excavation piece for some time from the dry-feel condition to the glaze.
A later touch-up of gilt paint was done to the only defect found on the rim.
From the tint of the body clay, the way the foot ring was shaped and the accumulation of glaze around the mouth rim, all the characteristics stated out that it was a piece from Southern Song Dynasty...
