A vintage, 1972 re-issue of the Maurits Cornelius Escher print "Metamorphose" (1939-40), possibly a posthumous or commemorative printing, as its date coincides with the year of Escher's death. The publisher is given at far right margin as G. W. Breughel, and this was printed in Holland. Measurements are an unusual 8 3/4" by 41" in the narrow black metal frame (presently no glass).
