Condition is good with a water stain on left side of mat near frame, small white spot on mat in upper right of image. Pre-1940, original frame and backing, very minor damage to lower right frame corner. Horizontal coloration difference is due to lighting when taking photo of framed work, not a flaw.

A late 19th century souvenir: miniature bone binoculars depicting Catskill Mountain House, another hotel building, waterfalls and more (can be seen, but not photographed).
