A good bronze footed trumpet base by bronze artisan Carl Sorensen. The surface is patinated in a mottled bluish-green shade and is enhanced with bands of parallel engraved lines in a bright copper finish. Most of Sorensen’s vases did not have a foot, and the addition of the small foot—also enhanced with a bright copper edging—adds special appeal. Sorensen is known to have worked in Philadelphia in the first part of the 20th century, making bronze wares in the Arts & Crafts tradition...

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Copeland between 1851 and 1885. It measures 8 3/4 inches in diameter. The plate is made of fine bone china. The celeste blue rim is reticulated. The center of the plate is hand painted with floral bouquets and colorful swags of flowers. The painting is delicate and detailed. There are gilded accents and trim around the rim. This plate will make a lovely display piece. Condition: There is light wear to the gilded trim around the rim...

Offered is this signed Quezal 'Pulled-feather' shade. The shade is 4 1/2 inches tall, 4 inches wide (at the flared end) and has the standard fitter diameter of 2 1/4 inches. It is in good condition (couple of circular marks where the shade rubbed against the holder - see last picture).

An exceptionally fine frosted goblet on an unusual conical base supporting a fluted bowl, all decorated with frosted devices including a gorgeous anthemion leaf pattern banded by egg and dart. The base has finely etched fern. This flint glass goblet is mid to late 19th C.

A sweet tinsel (foil) painting of a large bouquet of flowers. The painting itself is in very good condition, with no chips, breaks, or image loss. The period or earlier gilded wood frame has normal expected wear. Period wood backboard. The sight size is 11 1/4" by 9 5/8", and the overall size is 12 3/4" by 11".
