Ornamental borders engraved at top and bottom including ribbon-tied garlands. Festive and celebratory with plenty of room for announcing a special event. Interior gilt washed. Fully marked. Victorian Gothic sterling silver goblet. Made by James Charles Edington in London in 1857. Tall and flared bowl with gilt interior; girdled cylindrical stem on raised foot with studded lobes and scalloped rim. Bowl has four studded and stippled strapwork frames of which two inset with flowers and a third with a medieval horseman galloping through a rocky landscape accompanied by a dog, all in relief. Fourth frame engraved “Hugh Eayrs / Memorial / Trophy”...

A multiple spiral air twist (MSAT) glass with an uncommon waisted bucket bowl and a shoulder knop; 6.3" tall, 2.6" foot diameter, 2.4" bowl diameter

A transfer printed, hand colored and gilt large mug with Japanese inspired patterns on two sides, an elaborate decoration on the inside rim and a brown edge at the top. Blue printed mark on the bottom. The body is hand thrown, but the handle is molded. Circa 1820. 4 5/8 (12 cm) tall 5 1/8 (13 cm) diameter body, with handle 7 inches (18 cm) diameter.

An exceptionally wonderful example of this well-known and highly collected historical Staffordshire scene, with the added bonus of being in the very rare form of a shaped tray. This piece is 10" in length and 5 3/4" in width,with the impressed Clews mark on the reverse. The condition is superb, with deep rich color, high clarity, sparkling glaze, and no chips, cracks, scratches, or restoration. It is as fine an example as one could hope for.

A group of pink lusterware made by Allerton, Staffordshire: slop bowl, two cups and three saucer bowls, all decorated with the Dahlia flowers typical of Charles Allerton & Sons, c 1860-70. Pattern numbers (?) 22, 707 and 701. Diameter of slop bowl "5½ / 14 cm, height of cups "2 ½ / 6.5 cm, diameter of saucers c. "5½ / 14 cm. Condition: wear to part of the decoration, nick to the foot rim of the slop bowl, one saucer with a hairline (cf. pics).

The 2nd. and largest of a set of two pewter charger or dishes, Germany, Danzig, with Coat of Arms and initialized and dated 1640.

The lovely piece was made by the Michael Bunde, working for Michael Braschke, was maker in his own right around the early 1640s.

A rare deceptive toastmaster's baluster form wine glass with a heavy walled conical bowl above three collars and a teared inverted baluster stem. Folded conical foot with a rough pontil.

Excellent condition with no issues, and having fine color, striations, and tooling marks. 5 1/8" in height, with a bowl diameter of 2 1/2" and a foot diameter of 2 3/4".

Plique à jour enamel and gilt 930 silver bowl. Made by Marius Hammer in Norway, ca 1910. Round with curved sides. Well green guilloche enamel. Horse bust side handles. Bands of stylized plant and geometric ornament. Fine craftsmanship and rich colors. In form of Viking kjenge (ale bowl). A beautiful piece by Hammer, who contributed to the revival of Norwegian art and history. Fully marked. Excellent condition.

This glass vase was produced in Bohemia 1870-1880 by Harrach. The vase is 8 inches high and the widest point has a diameter of 4 inches. The glass has a layer of pink glass over white opaline glass. It has three applied ball feet. It is hand enameled with a bird on a branch surrounded by flowers. The enameling is beautifully detailed with vibrant colors. There is a sprig of flowers on the back on the vase. The rim is trimmed with gilding that has black enamel accents...

This porcelain demitasse cup and saucer was produced in Germany by the Helena Wolfsohn Dresden studio in the 1890s. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 inches high. The set is hand painted with garlands of vibrant flowers. Swags and scallops of forget-me-nots and tiny roses spill across each piece. There is delicate gilding around the border, rims and handle. Fine large, 21 inch long, sterling silver mirrored plateau by Jean Francois Veyrat, 10 Rue De La Tour, Paris. This plateau features four cast silver hoof feet and a beveled mirror. In excellent condition with just normal antique wear to the mirror, it is fully hallmarked and has a wood bottom. Measures 21" long, 17" wide, and 2.25" high. Circa 1880.
