A classic Sandwich glass hyacinth vase in a rich amethyst shade. The vase is entirely hand blown, shows the traces of hand marvering. The deeply concave base has a rough pontil and a basal ring showing the expected wear. This porcelain dish was produced in Bohemia by the Hermann Ohme Porcelain Manufacturer around 1885. It is 6 1/4 inches long, 5 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. The porcelain has a swirled ribbing that makes the dish fragile and translucent. The inside of the dish is hand painted with Dresden type flowers in bright colors. There are little buds and twigs scattered around both sides of it. The inner rim has delicate hand gilding...

Lightweight, hand forged 72 inch long 15k belcher long guard chain which can be doubled or tripled or quadrupled as a necklace. The belcher link is sometimes called a box link chain and is an interlocking square open link that remains popular to this day. Note that this is an original Victorian chain that has remained intact through the years and not chopped up into shorter chains. It has a threaded dog clip that is easily unscrewed to attach a pendant or two of your choice...

Victorian silver plated sugar tongs in the Gothic Revival taste. Each of the twisted sides is decorated with a woman (who looks curiously like a nun) holding a child, and an angel-like figure. The oval tips are gilt.

A large oval-shaped Islamic box made of solid sterling silver, which was crafted by hand in the 19th - 20th century in Egypt, which was then part of the Turkish Ottoman Empire. The box is exquisitely designed in the Traditional Ottoman Turkish style, featuring floral decorated panels that are finely chiseled in repoussé. The sides of the box are rounded and come with two handles, while the hinged lid tapers to a bulbous gadrooned top and has a peacock finial perched on it...

Early cloth rag doll with drawn pencil face and mitten hands. She is firmly packed with cotton. She is wearing a very worn but nice blue plaid dress with velvet trim, pantaloons and black socks. She is the epitome of the rag doll that every little girl had, sort of the poor girls American Girl. She has seen lots of play and wear and tear but is still hanging in there...

Twelve(12) Tiffany retailed English Mintons Porcelain Dinner Plates, Ca. 1912-1950, 10 1/4" diameter, Burgundy wine color with encrusted raised Gold border and pale Lemon color wide rim. Marked "Mintons Tiffany & Co. New York, Made in England" on the bottom with raised purple color glove. The condition is good.

Save 15% today... This fabulous find is a delicate blown lead crystal cruet with a large bubble Stopper. Both the body and the stopper share the broad leaves and vines cut and etched motif. It is numbered on the bottom, 43. I don't know if someone etched this number on later or if it was part of numbering system from its maker... who knows. The handle is over-sized, applied and cut to easily manipulate this dear cruet. It is 6" high to the top of the etched stopper.

Terrific enameled sherry bottle/decanter label. The enamel is applied over metal and has polychrome floral decoration. The chain is brass.

A small Bilston patch box, enamel on copper, mid-18th century, in a design somewhere between Rococo and Louis XVI: the outer shape softly rounded, the pattern more strict, of diaper type, textile-like. Patches, often in black silk, were used to conceal scars or blemishes from smallpox or other diseases. At the time Bilston, a town in West Midlands was famous for their enamel boxes. Width "1 ¾ / 4.8 cm. Condition: enamel flakes to lid and base (cf. pics).

This porcelain basket was produced in England in the mid 19th century. It is unmarked. It measures 8 1/4 inches long and 4 1/2 inches high. It is made of fine quality, white bone china. You would expect this quality from factories such as Minton, Worcester, Davenport, or Coalport. The handle and rim has decoration molded into the porcelain which is accented with gold. There is a hand painted scene of a sailing ship in rough seas. It is expertly portrayed...

Dressed in a blue calico dress this sweet little stump rag doll has a lot going for her. She has an ink drawn face, a lollipop head, and a body that flares out but stops at the hips and never had legs. If I was a mother back in the 19th C. I would have been mighty pleased with myself that I thought up the stump doll concept...

A superb example of a triple knopped double series opaque twist(DSOT)antique wine glass. The bell bowl sits above a stem with a 3-ply spiral around a central gauze, and shoulder, medial, and basal knops. 6 1/8" tall, 2 3/8" bowl diameter, 2 7/8" foot diameter.

Unlike many multi-knopped opaque twists, which are poorly fashioned and on the spindly side, this glass is elegantly executed and proportioned.
