From our European Porcelain Collection, an exceptionally well-painted 18th century Meissen coffee pot from the so-called "Dot Period" (1732-1773), probably 1740-1760, depicting a serenade or courtship scene with what is either two musicians or perhaps two suitors, attempting to curry the favor of a Lady, all executed in puce with gilt highlights upon a very white, hard paste porcelain body...

This porcelain plate was produced in England by Mintons in the late 19th century. The date markings are obscured so it is not possible to specify the year. It is signed by the renowned artist, Antonin Boullimier, trained at the Sevres Porcelain Manufactory. The plate is 9 ½” in diameter. The blank is made of fine, white bone china with a reticulated border. The center of the plate has a hand painted scene of a sweet girl, sitting on a log, dangling her feet over a lily pond...

French Belle Epoque Classical 950 silver gravy boat on stand, ca 1910. Boat has ovoid bowl with helmet mouth and raised oval foot with imbricated leaf rim. Both have stippled tubular frames alternating with stylized flower heads. Reeding. Fully marked with Minerva head and maker’s stamp (Alphonse Dutac)...
