A superb and graceful example of First Period Dr. Wall Worcester porcelain. The patterns on it are "La Peche" and "La Promenade Chinoise," both of which were done by Robert Hancock. Although Caughley did a very similar variation, this piece was definitely made by Worcester.

The slightly flared tankard is 4 5/8" tall, with a top diameter of 3" and a base diameter of 3 1/4". Looking fresh from the factory, it has no chips, cracks, glaze or paint loss, or restorations...

A lovely cut glass perfume bottle cut from cranberry to clear. The design is a simple, classic combination of crosshatched diamonds and fans. The shoulders of the bottle are panel cut, and the base is finished with a 24-point star. The generous, slightly flaring, pointed round funnel bowl is beautifully Dutch engraved with the armorial coat of arms of Princess Anne, daughter of George II, and wife of Prince William IV, the "Prince of Orange." The stem features a dumbbell knop over an inverted baluster knop, atop a high domed foot.

A very unusual Bohemian zwischengoldglass liquor glass, the bottom featuring an inset gilt and enameled design of a ladybug. The panel cutting along the beaker’s sides causes the design to be visually repeated. Small beakers such as these are normally decorated with a flower. This is the only example we’ve seen with an insect. The ladybug traditionally symbolizes good luck, so perhaps that's why it appears here.

It shows Pu-Tai, also known as the Laughing Buddha, seated, with two attendants. Offered is this set of three, iridescent, 'Favrile' glass shades, with zippered pattern, made by Quezal around 1910. All shades are signed. Each shade is 4 1/2 inches wide, 3 1/2 inches high and have the standard 2 1/4 inches fitter width. They are in very good condition - one shade has a fleabite on the fitter-rim (see picture) and there is some roughness on the fitter-rim of one shade.

A Victorian Burr Walnut Slant Front Stationary Box or Cabinet; with Stepped Stationary Slots, Pen Drawer, Ceramic Note Board and Calendar Windows. Dimensions 16" high x 17.5" wide (35" open) x 11" deep. Circa 1870-1880. Some minimal wear and front panels are slightly ajar (see picture), otherwise in wonderful condition.
