The central character seated at a table appears to be of the scholar class. The brackets on each side have a guardian figure. A Five dynasties yue yao bowl, with deep center and glazed foot ring, bowl covered with grayish - green celadon glaze. Bowl is in good condition with glaze degradation, no chip, no crack, no restoration. Size: 15,5 cm diameter. 7,5cm high.

This antique beaded headband is from Guang Dong province in China, and is typical of headgear worn by Chinese woman around the turn of the 19th-20th century. It would have been worn the narrow portion across the forehead, with the rounded flap portions covering the ears and fastened in the back of the head.
