A pair of pear shaped vase, decorated each with Fu and Shou and ring handles. Ming dynasty 16th century Longquan ware. Condition: one have a chip to foot, minor firing cracks and kiln grits adhere to the body. High: 16.3cm and 16.6cm.

This is a very rare Hector Aguilar necklace with 17 wearable inches. The weight is a tremendous 177 grams of repousse. The height is 1 and 6/8th's inches tall for a design with maximum presence. It has excellent movement and lays perfectly. No damage, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

On the 9th day of the 6th month of 1775, 3 artists, Reisen Uno (Motoaki/Gensho, a songwriter, poet and calligrapher), Keiho Takada (Kano Chikuin, a Kano trained painter of budhist images and calligrapher) and the master of the Chikudo, Teiun held a songwriting party. This scroll is a recording of the scene, with the subsequent song written along the top, followed by a poem by Chikuin and Reisen, recorded by Teiun. This is a truly fine scroll, recently restored from its worn Edo mountings...

This amethyst and sterling pin by Taxco artist Fred Davis is featured on page 24 of the book MEXICAN SILVER by Morrill and Berk. They date the pin c. 1928. Davis combined silver and amethyst in many of his most celebrated pieces. This pin measures 1 3/4" diameter and is in fine original condition. There are no chips or cracks to the stones and none have been replaced. Hallmarked for Fred Davis as shown. An important early piece by this creative visionary.

This is a superb Bunraku puppet of the historical figure Minamoto Yoshitsune, one of the lead characters from the Tale of the Heikei and legendary fighter in Japan. The doll is incredibly mobile. Head moving up and down, his eyes open and close and move left to right. His eyebrows can be raised and lowered, and mouth opened or closed, all from toggles inside his kimono on the extended neck piece...

These rectangular cuff links are composed of a central band of ebony flanked with two bands of rosewood inset on a sterling silver panel. The hinged bars are marked Lewittes for California-based modernist designer Esther Lewittes. Aside from one slightly misshapen bridge bar, they are in lovely condition, with only minor signs of wear, and no loss to the wood. The cuff links measure 1 inch long by ¾ inch wide by 1/8 inch deep.

An interesting pair of boat shaped dishes, funagata o-zara, decorated in a limited palette of iron red, green enamel and gilding with a central motif of Karashishi on waves framed by a band of shippo, cash. The dishes date to the early nineteenth century and the late Edo period, circa 1800-1830. The dishes measure 18cm in length and 11cm in diameter...

Very well crafted Chinese enameled porcelain vase decorated with bird on a branch with yellow blossoms accented by peonies, base with an apocryphal Hongxian mark, late 19th/early 20th century period. Size; Height of this fine vase is 9 inches tall, in very good condition, small flake to the interior of the vase due to firing process.

Sterling vermeil pendant-tassel necklace and clip earrings, Nettie Rosenstein from the 1930's or early 40's. Pendant has oriental feeling in a bird cage effect complete with ruby rhinestone flowers and turquoise colored beads. Simulated seed pearls form the border. The twisted rope chain is thick and works well with the pendant. Oval earrings match the pendant design. Chain is 15" long, 1/4" thick. Pendant is 2" long, 1" wide, 1/2" deep. Tassel is 1 1/2" long. Absolutely stunning French cuff design bracelet in sterling with blue stones by Arizona Modernist H. Fred Skaggs. One side of the bracelet has gorgeous cobalt blue highly polished stones and the other side is a large oxidized panel surrounded by silver dots which also continue around the blue stones. I do not know what the blue stones are and it is possible they may just be glass but I have not had them tested...

A nice well made Tibetan prayer beads consisting of 108 bone beads and three pink mountain coral. Two leather counters with ten silver rings each ending with silver inlaid with coral and turquoise. The bone is most likely yak but could also be human. Size:Total length of the necklace 52cm. Each bead is 1.2-1.3 cm in diameter. Condition: No repairs. All original.

Great Art Deco design in this blue check and white enamel bracelet by Taxco silversmith Margot De Taxco. Korean 19th Century Porcelain High-Footed Bowl in Box with Shifuku

This "heavily-potted" bowl with a high foot was made in 19th century, during the late Joseon (Choson) Dynasty (AD 1392 - 1910). It is coated all over in a pale grey glaze, that seems to have just the slightest hint of blue in places. Embedded in the glaze around the foot rim are many pieces of kiln grit.
