Today we have an out of the ordinary Matl necklace featuring charms that dangle with movement. Crafted by hand when Matilde Poulat was working in her shop. This design has a 1.5in. tall presence with the charms included and a weight of 121 grams of heft. The turquoise has a warmed hue of teal and sky blues. What a magnificent necklace from the Mexican Silver Renaissance this is. The links are 1 inch tall and the ball dangles are attached at the tops of each link. Accompanied by a letter describing the pipe and its presentation to the letter's recipient, this pipe depicts General Joseph Joffre, a famous French military man who served from 1869-1916, and was the Commander in Chief of the French Forces on the Western Front in WWI.

The pattern number is BLK 37 and depicts floral swags between a framed cartouche with floral bouquet. A wide gold band is between the center and the border design, and a thinner gold band covers the rim.

Created in Frank Patania's Thunderbird shop, this box is a beautiful example of handmade Zuni art. Measuring 4 1/4" X 3 1/4" X 3/4" the piece weighs 166 grams. Carved onyx, turquoise and mother of pearl are inlaid in a silver frame to form the dragonfly. The bold hinge design is often seen on Frank Patania boxes. They work smoothly. One of the most coveted designs for Mexican Silver collectors is the Hector Aguilar feathers bracelet. The stones are amethyst and the height is 1.5 in. The markings are hand chased on top with deep and darkened recesses. The weight reflects it's presence at 156 grams heavy. It is built on a curve and you can see a posted pix that reflects that. We have a stunning pair of matching cuffs from the Mexican Silver Renaissance with a grand height of 5 inches. Beautiful cabbage roses with leaves adorn the treasure.
