The box was an excavated piece obtaining with obvious evidences of burial earth and whitish incursions in the glaze.
Some similar boxes were in the book of (The Collection of Chinese Box), a book of a famed connoisseur and antique dealer,Ma Wei-Du.

This is a charming lobed shaped tea-pot standing on four small individual feet. On one side it has a painting of a pair of sparrow in a blooming lotus pond. On the other side, it has a poem written on it. Circa. early Chinese Republic period 1940s-1950s.
No hairline crack, glaze fritting, damage, repair or restoration. The tea-pot is in good condition.

Chinese Qing dynasty compressed globular form porcelain brush washer covered overall in a rich flambé glaze with a jun-like quality. The base is has an applied bronze wash and the foot rim is unglazed. The edge of the rim is bordered with a thin, geyao type crackled white glaze. There is an old collector’s tag on the base. 19th century. 4 1/8” diameter by 1 1/4” high. Very good overall condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Soft-paste body clay was revealed at the bottom.
Abrasions were happened to the rims.
